CE: 3 hrs Ethics, 2 hrs Fair Housing, 2 hr Legal Updates with Flood Content, 2 hr Agency, 2 hr Contracts and 5 hrs Real Estate Related  PLE: 3 hrs Agency and 2 hrs Current Industry Trends   This is a two-day course.  This core course is the foundation of the ABR® designation program. This course focuses on the key skills and information needed to successfully represent buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. REALTORS® who earn the ABR® designation demonstrate a commitment to protecting the interests of real estate buyers. You will:   Understand and demonstrate your value to today’s buyer  Learn how to position yourself for success in educating your client, showing properties and formulating and negotiating offers   Acquire the skills and resources to help buyers find the right property at the right terms and price in a dynamic real estate market  Upon completing the two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR® candidate status, a three-year period during which you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to become an ABR® designee.
