He likes to cook and play music in his spare time, which is a rare commodity with two sons running around his house. He and his wife, Mandy, reside with their boys in Mechanicsville.

Erin Kormann joined Virginia REALTORS® in 2015 and currently serves as SVP of Legal Operations & Legislative Counsel.

She also leads our team of attorneys as their Senior Vice President. In addition these roles, Erin serves as staff liaison to the Property Management Council. Shavon then joined the Richmond City Attorney’s Office, focusing on special litigation for delinquent sales tax as part of the Tax Sale team, before transitioning to her role at Virginia REALTORS®.
Shavon and her husband have two beautiful kids. She loves spending time with her family, watching a good movie, traveling, and eating Italian, soul food or seafood.
