PMX Spring Update, the annual event you have loved for years, has gotten a new name and is better than ever. PMX Spring Update is NOW PMX Summer Update. Register before July 17th, so you can participate in last 2025 live edition this member-favorite session. On the morning of July 15th, Ryan Leonard Virginia REALTORS® staff, will be going live on a virtual class to review and discuss the important VRLTA updates you need to know. You'll want to tune in LIVE since Ryan will be hosting a real-time Q&A at the conclusion of the session.
This class will be provided after the live session along with supporting documents that will help you in your business.
NOTE: This is an annual requirement for maintaining the Virginia REALTORS® property management certification, PM Certified.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Washington, DC. He has a background working as an attorney in private practice, volunteering for legal organizations such as Legal Services of Northern Virginia, Legal Aid Society of San Diego, and Animal Legal Defense Fund, as well as experience in the private sector in a variety of non-legal fields. When he is not working as Staff Counsel for Virginia REALTORS®, Ryan works as an adjunct professor of political science at Brightpoint Community College.
