**This course is required to obtain the MRP Certification and meets the elective course requirement for the ABR® designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC). Participants must be members in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®. There are no annual certification dues; however, NAR membership must be maintained to use the MRP credential.**

Matthew Rathbun

Matthew Rathbun is a veteran instructor with a unique blend of geekiness and humor, who also has an in-depth knowledge of the practice of real estate. Matthew is an active agent and the Executive Vice President of a large firm. He is a licensed broker in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Over the years, he has served on various committees and leadership roles at the local and state levels as well as with the National Association of REALTORS®. Matthew has been the honored recipient of many awards, including the Virginia REALTORS® Instructor of the Year award, the REBI National Instructor of the Year, and the CRS National Instructor of the Year.
