This course is the main requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. In this course, you will learn how to: Select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments for use in developing home price opinions Guide sellers and buyers through the details of CMAs and the underlying pricing principles that inform them Interact effectively with appraisers This is an approved ABR® elective course.
