Communication flows through all we do. Clear communication is a critical part of life but it's a learned skill. This course will enhance your ability to communicate clearly, efficiently, and effectively to build stronger relationships with your co-workers, customers and clients.
This course includes pre-work that will be emailed to students a few days prior to the class. You must attend both days to receive class credit. Class hours for both days are from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM.

Bob Huebner
Bob is the founder of 200Mark Consulting, a consultancy developed to build the leadership and core skills of business leaders who are navigating a dynamic and rapidly developing business environment. Bob is also the Chief Learning Officer for Bluestone Process Dynamics, is a Senior Consultant with Corporate Education Group, is an Affiliate with Mercer/Marsh-McClennan, and is an adjunct faculty member with the University of Richmond and the Virginia Community College Workforce Alliance.
Bob Huebner brings over 25 years of experience in operations management, training, organization development and coaching with organizations spanning a wide spectrum of industries.
Bob helps others to build executive/leadership, change management, strategic planning, quality process, interpersonal, customer service and core skills that enable them to achieve personal, professional and business goals. He has been involved in operations start-up planning and implementation for organizations ranging from partnerships to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and global.
Bob has worked with companies in the following industries: Insurance, Banking/Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Bio-Med, Manufacturing, Retail, Medical Distribution, Construction, Local Government and Professional Services. He has managed the training and development functions in the private for-profit, not-for-profit and public sectors. He has facilitated sessions ranging from organizational strategic planning to team effectiveness with work teams of various size and function.
He currently serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of Central Virginia, advocating for the development of financial knowledge in today’s youth.
