Real estate is about relationships. You need to know what Virginia law stipulates about your business contacts. This course will provide a detailed guide for Virginia real estate licensees on important issues dealing with agency. Topics include: brokerage relationships, agency disclosure, confidentiality, transactions, and agency in the Code of Ethics. The course will engage students in critical thinking and encourage group discussion.
You must be present for the entire course in order to receive course and/or continuing or post license education credit and your video (camera) must be, on/stay on, for the duration of the course in order to qualify for credit. There will be an exam upon completion that is made available after entering the verification code provided towards the end of the course.
CE/PL Approved: 3 Hours Real Estate Agency and 3 Hours Real Estate Related for CE; 3 Hours Virginia Agency Law for PL.
NOTE: In order to receive class credit, you will need to attend both days.

He is a tenured instructor of the Virginia REALTORS® GRI program, and teaches SRES and Code of Ethics courses for local associations.
