Laws change. Do you know what new statutes the General Assembly has enacted or the new regulations that affect your business? This course offers the most up-to-date Virginia law changes and board regulations. Using case studies, it will offer you a better understanding of how the law applies to you and how it protects both your interests and the interests of your clients.
You must be present for the entire course in order to receive course and/or continuing or post license education credit and your video (camera) must be, on/stay on, for the duration of the course in order to qualify for credit. There will be an exam upon completion that is made available after entering the verification code provided towards the end of the course.
CE/PL Approved: 8 Hours Legal Updates with Flood Content for CE; 6 Hours Real Estate Law and Board Regulations for PL.
NOTE: In order to receive class credit, you will need to attend both days.
