The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation course provides a comprehensive suite of skills, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today's marketplace. This is an approved ABR® elective course. Topics covered include:
  • Increasing your listing inventory and growing your business
  • How to demonstrate and communicate your value proposition
  • Understanding and complying with state license laws when representing sellers
  • Understanding and applying methods, tools and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need

CE: 4 hrs Agency, 4 hrs Ethics, 2 hrs Contracts and 5 hrs Real Estate Related
PLE: 3 hrs Ethics, 2 hrs Current Industry Trends and 3 hrs Agency
